Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Cladiv. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Cladiv on behalf of an organisation, you agree to these terms on its behalf.

Who can use Cladiv

Cladiv is intended for use by registered dietitians and clinical nutrition professionals. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the professional, legal, and regulatory standards that apply to your practice.

Clinical responsibility

Cladiv is a tool that assists with meal planning, nutritional analysis, and clinical calculations. It does not replace professional judgement. All outputs are editable and are intended to be reviewed, adjusted, and approved by a qualified professional before use with a patient. You remain responsible for all clinical decisions.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or security concern.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis in Australian dollars (AUD). Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service in a way that breaches any law or the rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Reverse engineer or resell the service except as permitted by law.

Intellectual property

Cladiv and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Cladiv and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cladiv is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. If you have questions about these terms, contact us at team@cladiv.com.
