Cladiv provides meal planning and nutrition management software for registered dietitians and clinical nutrition professionals. We take the privacy and security of personal and patient information seriously, and we handle it in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We apply privacy-first safeguards designed for clinical practice, including encrypted data storage, encryption in transit, anonymised patient IDs, role-based access controls, and audit trails. Access to information is limited to what is necessary to operate and support the service.
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. If you cancel your subscription, you will be able to export your data and patient reports before your access ends.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
We use trusted third-party providers to help operate Cladiv — for example, hosting, analytics, and payment processing. These providers only process information as needed to perform their services and are bound by appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
